For women
Key measurements: bust, waist, hips, height.

📦 Orders & Production
Are your products in stock?
Most of our garments are made to order in our workshop. Some items (such as blankets or scarves) may be available ready to ship — please check the “Ready to ship” section.
How long does production take?
The production time is listed on each product page in the customization section. It may be slightly extended during busy periods (e.g. holidays).
Can I request faster production?
We do not prioritize orders over others. Each garment is made individually and requires time. If you need your outfit for a specific date, contact us — we will check if it is possible.
I need the outfit for a specific date — what should I do?
Please add this information in the order note. Make sure the standard production time allows delivery on time.
📏 Sizes & Fit
How do I choose the correct size?
Please use the size chart provided on the product page. We do not follow standard sizing — we work with our own patterns.
What happens if I choose a standard size without measurements?
The garment will be made for the upper range of that size.
Can I provide my own measurements?
Yes — you can add them in the order note. We are happy to help you choose the correct size.

What if my measurements are not in the size chart?
For very small sizes, you can select XS and provide your measurements. Larger sizes are priced individually.
Can I request custom modifications?
Yes — please contact us before placing your order.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Yes — the cost of the fabric will be deducted from the final price.
🚚 Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping takes place within a few days after production is completed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
💰 Customs & Duties
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For orders shipped to the USA, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all customs duties and taxes are paid in advance — you will not have to pay anything upon delivery.
For other countries, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for made-to-order or personalized items.
Which products can be returned?
Only standard-size items without personalization and without signs of use.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes — if the item was not personalized and is available in another variant.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us — we will do our best to help.

We mainly use natural fabrics such as linen and wool, as well as other materials depending on the product.
Are the garments historically accurate?
Our garments are based on archaeological finds and historical sources. However, modern materials are used in production.

Do you help choose historical outfits?
Yes — we are happy to assist you.
Are all garments historical?
No — in Fantasy and Slavic-inspired collections you will also find non-historical designs.

Some materials can be machine washed, others require hand washing or dry cleaning.
